How I work.
I adapt my work to your personal level and needs to achieve your goals together.
Starting off your journey.
I offer a free consultation to discuss if and how we could work well together. This gives us the opportunity to talk through your goals, your current routine, any problems you may be facing and what you would like to achieve. It also allows you to ask any questions and make sure you feel completely comfortable before committing to anything. Building the right partnership is important to me, and this first conversation helps us decide whether we are able to collaborate with each other. Once we start working together, you are able to work with me on producing a personalised programme that you can continue with when we are not together. These are designed specifically around your goals, lifestyle and experience level, so you always feel confident and supported outside of our sessions. Little and often is really beneficial, as consistency is what truly drives long-term progress. For that reason, I strongly encourage you to keep moving forward in between our sessions and stay committed to the plan we create together. Every small effort adds up, and maintaining momentum between sessions will help you see real results.

I offer nutritional guidance which is something you need to have focus on just as much as the workouts, if not more, no matter what body shape you are aiming to achieve. What I have learned over the past years is to ensure you have a balanced diet. people make the mistake of suddenly cutting out a specific food group, as an example - all carbohydrates, as they think this will mean they will sustain a low body fat percentage. I made this mistake a couple years ago, and I wouldn’t want any of you making the same mistake of cutting out a food group completely as it can knock you down tremendously and lead to reversal in progression.

Workout plan
I offer structured workout guidance because it is vital having a balanced, well-structured program. A common mistake people make is going all-in on one style of training. for example, only doing cardio to lose fat or only lifting heavy without considering mobility and recovery of the muscles, thinking it’s the fastest way to see results. Again, I’ve made that mistake myself, and it led to lack of progression, burnout and general setbacks. That’s why I encourage a well balanced approach for the routine that includes strength training, cardio, mobility work and proper recovery. Ignoring any one component can slow your progress and even increase your risk of injury. A smart, balanced training plan will progress you as a performer the most.
Carrying on the journey.
After working on both your nutrition and workout plan, we will progress onto fitness classes, where Together we look into your current fitness level, lifestyle and goals. Each session is adapted to your ability and focuses on building strength, improving cardiovascular endurance or simply staying active. With a strong emphasis on long-term progress, my aim is to make fitness enjoyable, achievable and something you feel confident committing to.
